Bluebells at Oldmoor Wood, Strelley
An original watercolour painting:
I started this painting, one wet evening in May, between spells of shower, at Oldmoor wood. While painting I heard a rustle of leaves and out of the blue a deer darted across! The plein air painting session was however cut short due to torrential rain - fortunately the watercolour wash survived the trip home and got finished indoors.
